Navigate to your Orders page on your Shopify admin page.
Click on the order(s) that you wish to export.
To access the menu options, click on the three dots located on the header.
Look for Exportible to Export order(s).

You will be navigated to the Exportible dashboard.
You can download or export the selected order according to the Data File setup.

The formatting field is only available for certain supported fields.

The Merging field is available for all fields. This is how to use the Merging field.

For example:

Merging field Shipping Address 1 and Shipping Address 2. You will need to add the formula as follows for each field

Click "Add Field" and search for the metafields you want to add.
Add the necessary "metafields" fields.

Enter the namespace and key in the provided field.
Change the field name "Product Metafields (User-defined)" to a unique name, e.g. "Custom Key 1"

The first section of the filter in the data file settings allows you to specify which orders to export.

1. Status filter

By default,

Order Status is set to Open Fulfillment Status to Any Payment Status to Any

2. Order range

Select Date Range You can set the order date range if you would like to export within a certain time frame.
Order since You can use this option to select the specific days for your orders. However, if you set a preferred date range, this option will be ignored. This setting is based on exporting at the current time and is initially set to 10 days.
Date range preferred You can use this option to select the date range from the start date to the end date of your orders.
Only export newer orders By enabling this option to export orders that have not been exported using syncX: Order Export before.
