This guide explains how to export orders imported from external apps (TikTok, eBay, Walmart, and Best Buy) or sales channels using the correct filter and schedule settings.

Shopify limitations prevent the Real-time: When order paid schedule from working for external orders imported by other apps. Please use a scheduled export for these orders instead.

1. Create a new export feed from your store.
2. Click Edit Settings, then apply a column filter in the order routing section to export only orders from the external app or sales channel.

Examples:

• tiktok
• ebay

This ensures that only orders from the selected external source are included in the export.

3. Change the Schedule Type

Do not use:

• Real-time: When order paid

Instead, configure:

• Schedule Type: Hourly or Daily
• Schedule Interval: Set your preferred export frequency

This allows the system to detect and export orders imported by external apps correctly.
