How to export orders by using Google Sheet?

1. In the syncX: Order Export App, create a new feed.

2. Choose the Google Sheet template and click Add.

3. Rename the feed Google Sheet orders using the pencil icon.
   
   
   
   
4. Click Edit settings.
   
   
   
   
5. In Export via, select Google Sheet and insert your Google Sheet URL and Sheet Name respectively.
   

Please add exportable@stock-sync.iam.gserviceaccount.com with the editor permission without changing the file to be accessed by anyone with link.

6. Export a sample order, then verify its successful import into Google Sheets. If import fails, contact support; otherwise, click Save.

7. Review the default filter settings. If you want to import current or older orders, you can set the filter in syncX: Order Export to skip.

8. To avoid duplicate imports in Google Sheets, enable Export newer orders under Export preferences. Then, click Continue.

9. Configure syncX: Order Export to automatically schedule runs when orders are paid.
