PDF Guide

This guide details how to customise Invoice PDFs using prompts, providing a range of customisation options. Prompts can be combined to achieve complex modifications, such as uploading and resizing logos, adding social media links, changing column labels (e.g., "quantity" to "count"), and including footer notes.

    1. Create new order export > Draft order > Invoice PDF

    2. Click on PDF customisation, enter the prompt as needed, and then you can preview it.



    We offer several customization options. Note that prompts can be combined; for example, upload a logo, resize it, add Instagram and Facebook links, change "quantity" to "count," include the footer note and etc.

    Rename invoice to Quotation

    Modify the invoice name

    Include customer email/phone

    Upload logo

    Upload your preferred logo (maximum file size: 550KB) with resize

    Set invoice number prefix "E001-"

    Add a prefix before the invoice number (e.g., E001-2345)

    Change shipping address to "Delivery Address"

    Change the shipping address to "Delivery Address"

    Header font family: Times New Roman

    Change the header font style

    Header font size: 10px

    Adjust the header font size

    Body font family: Times New Roman

    Change the body font style

    Body font size: 10px

    Adjust the body font size
