How to export orders by using Whatsapp?

  1. In the syncX: Order Export App, create a new feed.


  1. Choose the WhatsApp template and click Add.



  1. You can rename the WhatsApp orders feed by clicking the pencil icon.


  1. Click Edit settings.


  1. Specify the Recipient, File Name, and File Name process. For the recipient, select the country code and enter the phone number.



  1. In Export preferences, you can export blank files when there's no new order.

  1. You can customize the date time format under the Export setup.



  1. Configure syncX: Order Export to automatically schedule runs when orders are paid via the set automation button in Export details page.
