PDF guide
This guide details how to customise Invoice PDFs using prompts, providing a range of customisation options. Prompts can be combined to achieve complex modifications, such as uploading and resizing logos, adding social media links, changing column labels (e.g., "quantity" to "count"), and including footer notes.
use order number, set invoice number prefix "E001-", show customer metafields, change shipping address to "Delivery address", add Instagram https://instagram.com/example.
- Create new order export > Draft order > Invoice PDF
- Click on PDF customisation, enter the prompt as needed, and then you can preview it.

We offer several customization options. Note that prompts can be combined; for example, upload a logo, resize it, add Instagram and Facebook links, change "quantity" to "count," include the footer note and etc.
There are a few examples:

Use order number | Use the order number on the invoice |
Upload logo | Upload your preferred logo (maximum file size: 550KB) with resize |
Set invoice number prefix | Add a prefix before the invoice number (e.g., E001-2345) |
Change shipping address to | Change the shipping address to "Delivery Address" |
Add Instagram social link | Add an Instagram icon with the attached link in the footer |
Add Facebook social link | Add a Facebook icon with the attached link in the footer |
Header font family: | Change the header font style |
Header font size: | Adjust the header font size |
Body font family: | Change the body font style |
Body font size: | Adjust the body font size |
Add footer note | Add footer note as you need |
Add linkedin social link | Add linkedin icon with the attached link in the footer |
Add tiktok social link | Add tiktok icon with the attached link in the footer |
The invoice content in | The invoice content will be translated to the specified language. |
