Export single or bulk orders through Shopify admin
To export single or multiple orders, please follow these steps:
Navigate to your Orders page on your Shopify admin page.
Click on the order(s) that you wish to export.
To access the menu options, click on the three dots located on the header.
Look for Exportible to Export order(s).

To access and customize the Merging and Formatting settings, click on the more text next to the fields you want to configure.
You will see the Formatting and merging fields in the settings.

The first section of the filter in the data file settings allows you to specify which orders to export.

Fulfillment Status to Any
Payment Status to Any

To create a new order export, select the AI Daily Summary (beta) template.

In the export method section, enter the desired export email address to proceed.
Set the schedule to run daily with the accurate time.

Important Notes
The sub store (source store) is responsible for creating the order export feed and exporting orders to the main store.
The sub store must have an active paid plan for order exports to work. The main store only needs the app installed to generate the pairing code and does not require a paid plan.
To automatically export newly paid orders, configure an automation trigger using When Order Paid.
